BoMill Grain Quality Separator
BoMill's patented grain quality sorting technology, utilizing the principals of NIR spectroscopy, makes it possible to analyze and identify each kernel in a batch of grain-based on its composition and structure, and sort into quality certified fractions by protein percentage, kernel hardness, or by segregating fusarium (Mycotoxin, Vomitoxin, or DON) damaged kernels. The speed of a Tri-Q is fully compatible with the needs of industrial grain handling, delivering a sorting capacity of 3 metric tons per hour. Multiple units can be combined into higher capacity production systems.
